Direct Billing Plan: Canada Life will pay the clinic directly with the exception of a few policies . Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.
Canada Post employees must pay the clinic for all charges on their account and submit their own claims.

Sunlife Financial
Direct Billing Plan: Sunlife will pay the clinic directly with the exception of a few policies. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost. 55555 policy number (Federal Government employees) need to pay clinic directly and submit on their own for reimbursement. 

Greenshield
Direct Billing Plan: GreenShield will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.

Chambers Of Commerce
Direct Billing Plan: Chambers of Commerce will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.

Direct Billing Plan: Standard Life will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.

Maximum Benefit
Direct Billing Plan: Maximum Benefit will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.

Coughlin & Associates
Direct Billing Plan: Coughlin & Associates will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost

Claim Secure
Direct Billing Plan: Claim Secure will pay the clinic directly. Client is responsible for any amount owing if the insurance plan only covers a percentage of the total treatment cost.

Sirius

Wawanesa

Direct Billing Plan: The majority of Manulife Plans will pay the clinic directly. Occasionally they will not, and the client pays the clinic for all charges on their account and submits their own claims.

The Co-operators does not pay the clinic directly.
Client Settlement Plan: Client pays the clinic for all charges on their account and submits their own claims.

Equitable Life
Equitable Life does not pay the clinic directly.

Workers Compensation Board (WCB)
Third Party Payer Plan: The WCB will pay the clinic directly. 

Manitoba Public Insurance
Third Party Payer Plan: MPI will pay the clinic directly.

I don’t have Insurance
Client Settlement Plan: Client pays the clinic for all charges on their account.
